Dr. Phil Ruggiero, started his journey helping people when he became an E.M.T in high school and college. He later graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Health Science. Dr. Phil then went on to enroll in and graduate from The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, which led him to a position as a massage therapist for a well-known and highly respected chiropractic office.

After several years, he transitioned to a new career with a sales team for a company selling shoulder prosthetics to surgeons throughout Connecticut and New York. His extensive experience working side by side in the Operating Room led him to realize his true passion was Chiropractic Care. He enrolled in Chiropractic School and graduated in 2022.

Shortly afterwards, he started PR Chiropractic and is currently offering sessions out of space in Eliana Day Spa in Glastonbury, CT. His whole-body approach to care has been successful in addressing many ailments in an otherwise conventional world.

Dr. Weiss graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Microbiology. He then worked for an ENT physician for 3 years, then for a holistic physician for 5 years managing the allergy part of their practice for diagnosis and treatments for pollen, dust, food and chemical sensitivities. He studied at New York Chiropractic College and graduated cum laude in 1987. He was introduced to Dr. Frederick Carrick as a first semester chiropractic student and has been following the teachings of Dr. Carrick since then. Dr. Carrick is considered the father of Functional Neurology and is the founder of the Carrick Institute for higher learning in the field of Functional Neurology.

Dr. Weiss earned his Diplomate degree in Neurology DABCN in 1993 and completed the advance degree of FABBIR in treating concussion and brain injury in 2016. Concerning the FABBIR degree, over 200 participants started the program but only 39 completed and passed the examination. He actively continues with his advanced studies in Neurology and has completed over 2,000 classroom hours in Neurology primarily through the Carrick Institute.

He lives in Middletown with his wife Linda who is a family physician and with his 3 daughters.
